Shipping Policy

At Wyld Chyld, we do our best to get your order out quickly while maintaining the care and quality your pieces deserve.

Processing Times
Most items ship within 1–3 business days.
Some products, especially custom or bleached made-to-order items, may take up to 5–10 business days to process before shipping.

Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update.
If tracking hasn’t shown movement for 10 or more business days, contact us so we can open an investigation. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll resend your item or refund the item cost (shipping fees may not be refundable).

Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier first to verify delivery details.
If you purchased shipping protection (e.g., Route), we’ll assist you with filing a claim. If protection was not purchased, refunds or replacements may be declined based on carrier findings.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@wyldchyldco.com
