Shipping & Policies

SHIPPING

Although most orders will ship next day, please allow 1-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

If you have NOT received a tracking number after 5 business days, please check your junk/spam first then email us at hello@wyldhcyldco.com

 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Because our products are custom, made-to-order we offer an exchange only program.

Damage/Defects: If you are not satisfied with your order because of damage/defect please let us know by sending us an email at hello@wyldchyldco.com within within 14 days of receiving your order and we will send you a replacement.

Wrong Size: If you ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size please send us an email at hello@wyldchyldco.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Customer will be responsible for returning the original garment in new condition. Once we receive your return we will issue and ship your replacement order immediately. 

Holiday/Seasonal items:

Most exchange requests can be accommodated on unused items in their original condition within 14-30 days of purchase with the exception of seasonal items and holiday designs. Items with holiday or seasonal designs are considered final sales.
